POSITION SUMMARY
As a Compliance Analyst, you will be responsible for performing a variety of activities in support of fuel-related compliance program initiatives. Working with government regulatory agencies, along with suppliers and customers, this position requires someone who is focused on accuracy, communicates professionally, and takes the initiative to identify and prevent discrepancies.
This is a full-time position located in Onalaska, WI with a Monday through Friday, daytime hours schedule. Some overtime and minimal travel may be required. This position will also be responsible for:
- Monitoring documents and transactional activities to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Communicating with external counterparties for transaction fulfillment.
- Executing daily reports for fuel transactions.
- Reviewing transaction documentation to those reported through government agencies.
- Working closely with contract managers to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with cross functional team to achieve exceptional results.
- Developing a broad knowledge of compliance regulations and apply to business practices.
- Reconciling commodity positions and reporting to upper management and traders.
- Compiling quarterly and annual compliance reporting.

Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required, economics or accounting preferred.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and business software programs.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meeting deadlines as assigned.
- Must be detail oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.
- Previous experience in fuel or related industry is a plus, but not required.
