What We're Looking For:
As a Business Systems Solution Analyst, your key responsibilities will be to Identify inefficiencies in used processes and/or solutions, act as the internal expert of processes and solutions within assigned functional business department(s)/division(s), and collaboratively identify areas for process and solution improvements.
- Education and Experience: A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, 3-5 years of related and/or operational experience, or an equivalent combination.
- Industry Expertise: At least 3 years of experience acting as a liaison between IT and business units or handling large, cross-functional projects.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, competency with Microsoft Visio and Project.
- Project Management Knowledge: Familiarity with project management fundamentals is a plus.
- Reporting Skills: Experience with SQL, Crystal Reports, Dashboards, and Pivot charts is highly desired.
- Driving Requirements: A valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
