Equity Analyst

Job Title: Stock Administrator Consultant

Location: Remote

Duration: 6 months with the flexibility to extend.

Job Description:

• Day to day administration of all aspects of Anaplan’s equity compensation plans including processing equity grants and terminations.
• Prepares and provide information to participants about vesting schedules, exercise process, and eligibility.
• Prepares equity repurchases (including understanding repurchases rules and guidelines)
• Perform various equity account reconciliations.
• Processing quarterly cash award payouts (including reviewing leave of absence eligibility and calculating employee mobility)
• Expertise with global equity programs and multiple equity award types (i.e., incentive equity awards, co-investment program, and cash replacement awards)
• Collaborates with Legal, Payroll, and HR teams to communicate materials, compliance, processes, and management reports in addition to any global equity matters.
• Perform other duties, ad hoc projects, and reporting as requested.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Knowledge with various tax documents related to equity plans (W8/W9, 83B, S431, K-1s)
• Highly proficient with Excel
• Experience with US and Foreign tax issues relating to equity.
• Ability to work independently, be proactive, and apply good judgement.
• Effective communicator to all levels of the organization

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $60.00 - $70.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
