Job Title: Stock Administrator Consultant
Location: Remote
Duration: 6 months
Job Description:
Day to day administration of all aspects of Anaplan’s Equity compensation plans including processing equity grants and terminations.
Prepares and provide information to participants about vesting schedules, exercise process, and eligibility.
Prepares equity repurchases (including understanding repurchases rules and guidelines)
Perform various equity account reconciliations.
Processing quarterly cash award payouts (including reviewing leave of absence eligibility and calculating employee mobility)
Expertise with global equity programs and multiple equity award types (i.e., incentive equity awards, co-investment program, and cash replacement awards)
Collaborates with Legal, Payroll, and HR teams to communicate materials, compliance, processes, and management reports in addition to any global equity matters.
Perform other duties, ad hoc projects, and reporting as requested.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Knowledge with various tax documents related to equity plans (W8/W9, 83B, S431, K-1s)
Highly proficient with Excel
Experience with US and Foreign tax issues relating to equity.
Ability to work independently, be proactive, and apply good judgement.
Effective communicator to all levels of the organization
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $70.00 - $80.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
