Equipment Outside Sales Representative

Crafco, Inc. has an opening for an Outside Sales Representative (Equipment & Technical Sales) for the state of Arizona.
The full-time Outside Sales position travels locally and statewide with new and rental equipment, and pavement preservation products to support customers. A company work truck, laptop, and cell phone are provided for the sales professional to cover their territory across the state of Arizona. The qualified applicant will be required to have Outside Sales experience, applicable physical capabilities to perform equipment demonstrations, and frequently travel within the defined sales territory as needed. Experience selling equipment or machinery a plus!
This position offers a competitive base salary, plus commission, with an excellent benefits package including Profit Sharing, Matching 401(k), Health, Life, Disability, Dental, Holiday, Personal, Sick Time, Maternity Leave and Tuition Assistance.
Requirements for the Outside Sales Representative include:

• Selling skills and Outside Sales experience (government contracts and/or bid experience preferred)
• Basic mechanical aptitude or experience towing equipment/machinery
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in using MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• A minimum of two years of experience in the pavement maintenance industry or related field is preferred
• Experience selling equipment or machinery is preferred
• Enjoy working with and a genuine desire to support our customers
• Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
• The candidate must have a current driver's license and a good driving record
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent Outside Sales experience is required
