Equipment Operator

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain various types of equipment, including but not limited to: backhoes, mini-excavators, trenchers, plows, loaders, line and bucket trucks, compaction equipment, and skid-steers.
- Willing to travel to remote projects throughout the United States.
- Possess or obtain within 6 months a valid CDL A.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines while operating equipment.
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently and effectively, meeting project deadlines.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations on the job site
- Adhere to all relevant regulations and requirements.

Skills:
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of equipment operation.
- Proficiency in operating heavy machinery such backhoes, mini-excavators, trenchers, plows, loaders, line and bucket trucks, compaction equipment, and skid-steers.
- Ability to dig, build, and maneuver equipment to complete various tasks.
- Experience operating tankers is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Good communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members.

Compensation:
- Hourly Rate: Depends on Experience
- Projects available at Scale Wages and optional job-based travel and performance bonuses.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 60 per week
