Your Opportunity:
Reindl Bindery, a Taylor Corporation company, is seeking Book Binder Operators to join our Team in Germantown, WI. You will operate a finishing piece of equipment producing paper products according to job ticket specifications. You are responsible to approve or disapprove of the quality of finished jobs.
Your Shift: 1st shift, 6:00am - 2:00pm, Monday - Friday
Your Responsibilities:

• Prepare, operate, and adjust assigned machinery to specifications per customer work order
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and prepare for the next user
• Produce product to specifications by following all processes and procedures
• Maintain the equipment in good working condition through a regular maintenance schedule, including grease, oil, cleaning.
• Document maintenance and cleaning on preventative maintenance sheet

You Must Have:

• Ability to set adjust machinery to required tolerances
• Mechanical ability
• Ability to read and write in order to communicate with colleagues
• Ability to stand for 8 hour shifts
• Basic math skills & ability to read measurements with a ruler
• Lift boxes and materials; must have the ability to lift 50 Lbs. on a regular basis

Requirements within this position:

• Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand
• Regularly required to remain in a stationary position
• Constantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials
• Frequently required to move inside the facility
• Regularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry)

We Would Also Prefer:

• Knowledge of bindery equipment including folders and collators to assist other bindery personnel with completion of jobs
• High School Diploma or equivalent
