Support & Operations Manager Trainee

This is not an entry-level job for someone who prefers a specific set of tasks each day. There is a lot to learn in a fast paced environment. To be successful, an independent work style, attention to detail, and the ability to accept direction or ask for assistance when needed are necessary!

8-4 weekdays.

Responsibilities and Duties

Answering calls and emails from customers and potential customers.

Taking orders over the phone and processing payments.

Troubleshooting technical issues with customers over the phone

Maintaining current and accurate details on all communications.

Tracking and following up on assigned tickets.

Assistance with daily orders and shipments and maintaining office files and records.

Tracking shipments and contacting freight terminals for information.

Additional office duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills

Previous customer service phone support experience required.

Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office required.

Proven organizational skills required.

Spanish fluency & warehouse experience a plus!
