Responsibilities and Duties
Answering calls and emails from customers and potential customers.
Taking orders over the phone and processing payments.
Troubleshooting technical issues with customers over the phone
Maintaining current and accurate details on all communications.
Tracking and following up on assigned tickets.
Assistance with daily orders and shipments and maintaining office files and records.
Tracking shipments and contacting freight terminals for information.
Additional office duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills
Previous customer service phone support experience required.
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office required.
Proven organizational skills required.
Spanish fluency & warehouse experience a plus!
