Baptist Health is looking to add an Epic Patient Access Analyst in our Revenue Cycle Solutions team, remote in approved states
The Epic Patient Access Analyst will plan, analyze, design, implement, test, and maintain Rev Cycle EHR software applications. The Patient Access Analyst will interface with user departments to anticipate and resolve problems, develops and modifies procedures to solve data processing problems and prepares detailed specifications from which programs are written. The EPIC Patient Access Analyst will work to coordinate implementation, analysis and testing, maintenance and upgrades, application design, and debugging of complex workflows with multiple modules. This individual much have a deep understanding of the technical components of all modules to maintain system integrity.
The Patient Access Analyst requires working knowledge and experience in own job discipline. This individual will work to broaden own capabilities by continuing to build knowledge of the organization, processes and customers. The Patient Access Analyst position will perform a range of assignments using guidelines or policies. The Epic Patient Access Analyst will solve straightforward problems as they occur but typically requires guidance on complex or unusual problems.
- Certifications in Prelude, RTE, Referrals, and Welcome REQUIRED
As an Epic Patient Access Analyst will be responsible for:
- Plans, analyzes, designs, implements, tests and maintains Rev Cycle EHR software applications.
- Interfaces with user departments to anticipate and resolve problems, develops and modifies procedures to solve data processing problems and prepares detailed specifications from which programs are written.
