1st shift:7:00 am to 3:30pm CST
Days: Sunday to Thursday
LOCATION: ONSITE /GOV SITE -AUSTIN, TX
AITC building-1615 Woodward St.
This position is on client site and three shifts are available (but are subject to change based on client needs).
You Have:
- 3+ years of experience with Enterprise IT Operations, IT Event Management, Network or Operations Centers
- 2+ years of experience using IT Monitoring Tools to troubleshoot performance and reliability issues
- 2+ years of experience working with a team to solve difficult technical challenges
- Knowledge of common large-scale cloud and on-prem IT Enterprise components, configurations and their interoperability
- Experience operating ONE of the following APM tools: AppDynamics, DynaTrace, Splunk, Aternity, SolarWinds, or ScienceLogic
- Experience with ONEor more technology areas: networks, Windows, UNIX/Linux, AWS or Azure Cloud, WebSphere Middleware, Java, VM Ware, Citrix, databases and/or other common IT Enterprise components
- Experience maintaining or troubleshooting complex IT systems, servers, networks, or infrastructure components
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering and 5+ years of experience in a professional work environment or 13+ years of experience in a professional work environment in lieu of a degree
- Experience with using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Possession of excellent critical thinking and error assessment skills
- Public Trust
Salary: $70,000
