Overview:
- The Floor Technician is responsible for the maintenance of all types of floor surfaces, wall, and upholstered furniture.This position also may be required to perform all the task
Qualifications:
- Performs work safely by operating floor equipment correctly and follow all safety rules.
- Uses analytical and judgment ability to determine product, equipment and proper procedure for floor care.
- Provides excellent customer service by utilizing the appropriate interpersonal skills necessary to interact with patients,visitors and staff in a courteous and professional manner.
- Appropriately manages the work environment by being able to strip and refinish floors to standards in an acceptable time frame.
- Extracts carpet to standards in an acceptable time frame.
- Prepares pharmaceutical waste for shipping and other assigned duties related to the Environmental Services Department.
- Comply with all Federal, State, and Local authorities having jurisdiction.
