- Associates degree
- Knowledge and experience with a GC
- Communication skills to be able to deal with a wide range of customers, vendors, and co-workers.
- Ability to work independently in a safe and efficient manner and to follow safety policies and procedures.
- Basic Microsoft Excel knowledge
- Attention to detail
- Ability to be a team player
- Willingness and ability to wear company-provided personal protection equipment including eye protection, steel-toed shoes, and a hard hat
