We are looking for a Web Content Associate to join our Team. This position works with our Sales and Marketing Departments to assist in content creation that promotes our brand. Responsibilities include assisting with new item set up, administrative tasks, and image/text content.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work cross-functionally with sales and marketing to develop content and assist in administrative needs
• Write and review SEO-optimized content for B2B and B2C customers to support business needs; as well as edit content as required
• Organize digital content to allow for efficient processes across all departments
• Write clear marketing copy and features for new item releases
• Access reports in Excel and competently utilize and manipulate data
• Create effective text-on-photo graphics and assist in editing images to be used in web, email, and social media content.
• Follow the established standard operating procedures and collaborate with internal and external teams to update SOPs
• Proactively provide feedback to improve content and processes, as well as utilize feedback received

• Proficiency with photoshop, and video production, to create a variety of digital content varying using the Adobe Software suite
• Ability to navigate competing priorities, allocate resources appropriately, mitigate associated challenges, and excellent time management skill
• Working knowledge of SEO
• Ability to accept, utilize, and suggest collaborative feedback in a creative environment
• Strong interpersonal skills, organization, and communication skills,
• Detail Oriented
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including use of VLOOKUP and XLOOKUP
