Your Role - As an Entry Level Sales Representative, you will:
- Initiate targeted cold calling outreach to potential clients, fostering engaging conversations and securing meetings with key decision-makers. You'll be expected to make a minimum of 100 calls per day, following meticulously crafted scripts designed to maximize effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales team to develop and execute effective lead generation strategies.
- Qualify leads through research and networking, educating prospects on Nitra's offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities using CRM software.
- Assist in developing tailored sales pitches and presentations to drive customer acquisition.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in cold calling and lead generation.
- Previous sales experience, with a passion for driving growth.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional demeanor.
- Self-motivation and a desire to learn and grow within a fast-paced startup environment.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field preferred, but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is a plus.
