Custom Signs Sales Representative

The Custom Signs Sales Rep is responsible for generating new business, communicating client needs to appropriate departments, and maintaining existing client relationships. The Sales Rep is responsible for translating client visions to a custom fabricated sign.

• Work across departments to manage client’s expectations regarding timeline and costs;
• Work with the estimating department to communicate client needs, budget, and site conditions to ensure accurate estimations;
• At times, may personally survey and physically inspect sites where existing signage will be installed, replaced, or repaired; and
• Communicate all contracted terms to the project management department.

Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of signage industry experience is required.

Must have ability to:

• Travel occasionally for client-related meetings and site visits;
• Lift 50 pounds;
• Ascend ladders, scaffolds, and stairs;
• Read blueprints and construction drawings;
• Ability to work outdoors in cold or hot weather; and
• Wear personal protective equipment when required, such as safety glasses, hard hats, masks, etc.
