Here at Maleko Personnel we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Bilingual Entry level Recruiter to join our team.
As the Bilingual Entry level Recruiter, you will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes for our organization. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that we have a talented and diverse workforce that meets the needs of our company. Schedule: Monday-Friday 8-5pm
Location: Round Rock, TX
Pay: $18-$21hr depending on experience will be the liaison between the office recruiters and qualified candidates.
Duties:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization
- Manage the entire hiring process, including job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews
- Conduct employee orientation programs to ensure new hires are properly onboarded
- Stay up-to-date with employment labor laws and ensure compliance in all hiring practices
- Manage social media platforms to promote job openings and engage with potential candidates
- Conduct employee evaluations to assess performance and identify areas for improvement
Qualifications:
- Must be fluent in Spanish.
- Proven experience as a Staffing Manager or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment labor laws
- Strong social media management skills to effectively promote job openings
- Experience conducting employee evaluations and providing feedback
- Ability to handle employee relations matters with professionalism and discretion
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Cold calling experience is a plus
