Entry Level Recruiter

Eyre Bus Service, one of Maryland's leading motorcoach companies, is seeking a part-time, Entry Level Recruiter to join our team.

As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in managing the success of our talent acquisition efforts.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of our organization.

Flexible schedule up to 20 hours per week. Potential for FT opportunity as we continue to grow.

Work is on-site at the office. May consider some work from home options in the future.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Work directly with the Director of Human Resources to develop strategies for effectively sourcing and recruiting top talent.
- Utilize social media platforms to promote job openings and engage with potential candidates

-Schedule and conduct interviews for positions such as motorcoach operators, diesel mechanics, bus cleaners, dispatchers, and other administrative positions.
- Support talent management initiatives.

-Assist the human resources department as needed

REQUIREMENTS
- Recruiting experience desired but not required. We are willing to train the right person.
- Knowledge of social media platforms
- Experience conducting interviews and assessing candidate qualifications desired
-Solid verbal and written skills
