Company DescriptionPLS Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research of property deeds, historical records, and legal documents to establish accurate property boundaries.
- Utilize advanced surveying instruments and techniques to measure and mark property lines, corners, and reference points.
- Prepare and certify boundary surveys to ensure compliance with legal requirements and regulations.
- Create detailed maps, drawings, and digital models that accurately represent the surveyed area's features and characteristics.
- Generate digital terrain models (DTMs), contour maps, and other graphical representations for use in engineering and design processes.
PLS Qualifications:
- 5+ years of surveying experience + proven leadership abilities.
- Licensed Professional Land Surveyor
- Demonstrated knowledge of survey practices and procedures, and state and company field procedures.
- Knowledge of the permitting process for the regional jurisdictions.
- Experience operating survey instrumentation required for the collection of survey data
- Experience performing boundary and topographic surveys, construction staking, ALTA surveys, and Mortgage Title Inspections
- Demonstration of excellent written and verbal communication, customer relationship building, and project management skills.
Base salary in the range of $130K-$140K
