Entry Level Program Manager

We are actively searching for a Program Manager to join our innovative branding team bridging the gap between the creative and the execution. We are looking to raise the bar in client exposure and connect people with the right products and services to suit their needs: specifically in the cellular and tech space. Our goal is simple. To develop relationship-based customer service opportunities that solve a customer problem, convey a message about our clients and services, and solidify a long term relationship with a happy customer. This serves our brand in both the short and long-term, as any exposure is good exposure!

The Program Manager will receive extensive training, in person and virtual support, and one-on-one mentorship, to become fully equipped as an expert in the cellular industry and the brand of our organization. The Program Manager will provide exceptional customer service and support to prospective consumers by using self-awareness, emotional intelligence, problem-solving skills, and charismatic and empathetic personality. You will become exceptionally well-versed in this energy program leading to potential advancement opportunities.

Program Manager Responsibilities:

• Create exceptional customer experience by actively listening, addressing the customer's needs, problem solving their current expenses, and overcoming objections
• Provide detailed information regarding products and services that reflect the customer's needs
• Handle customer complaints and problems with the utmost level of professionalism and respectfulness, and escalate if needed
• Track and report measures of success in the market
• Collaborate on new campaigns and strategies to increase market exposure and new business
• Work collaboratively with upper-level management and the sales team to evaluate the customer service tactics and discuss ways to improve the closing ratio
• Work closely with the compliance to ensure a seamless customer experience from outreach to service setup
• Follow all company and client privacy policies while handling customer's information
• Regularly attend and actively participate in training sessions, networking events, and conferences

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $950.00 - $1,150.00 per week
