Entry Level Paralegal

Overview:
We are seeking an Entry Level Paralegal to join our legal team. As an Entry Level Paralegal, you will provide support to our attorneys and assist with various legal tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in starting their career in the legal field and gaining valuable experience.

Duties:
- Assist attorneys with legal case management, including organizing and maintaining case files
- Conduct document review and analysis
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Provide clerical support, such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence
- Assist in drafting legal documents, including pleadings, contracts, and agreements
- Conduct legal research using resources such as Lexis-Nexis
- Assist in preparing for trials and hearings
- Collaborate with attorneys and other paralegals to ensure efficient workflow

Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in legal case management software and document management systems
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document review
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with legal drafting and the ability to write clear and concise legal documents
- Knowledge of legal procedures and terminology
- Ability to conduct legal research using online resources such as Lexis-Nexis
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
