High School Diploma or GED
This position is entry-level, no experience needed
Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions
Ability to stand for an entire shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
Remove finished goods cases from conveyors and position them on finished goods pallet in correct formation
Follow SKU pallet pattern specification
Position interlayers sheets, corner posts, and pallet tops as needed
Manually load bottles/barrels onto conveyors or into pucks
Watch for defective bottles/barrels on the line (e.g., no product/empty, product on sides of bottles/barrels, missing labels, missing caps, etc.)
Use hand-tape to seal open finished goods cases as needed
Check presence of SKU label on the finished goods cases and segregate the cases with missing labels
Ensure the correct amounts of product are in each case
Run the manual pallet stretch wrapper as needed
Keep areas clean and in order according to 5S area requirements
Monitor equipment and inform Client if there is a fault or issue with equipment or quality of product
Watch for fallen bottles/shippers/barrels/pucks to prevent jams and machine stoppage
Load packaging materials into hoppers/magazines (e.g., caps, shippers, pumps, etc.)
Use powered equipment to move finished goods and materials
Perform cleaning activities on exterior equipment surfaces and conveyors when stopped
Proactively keep the area clean of product and debris
Pay Details: $12.00 to $13.00 per hour
