As an Entry Level Management Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training and mentorship to develop the skills and knowledge necessary for successful leadership within our organization. Responsibilities:
- Participate in training programs designed to develop leadership and management skills, including shadowing experienced managers and assisting in daily operations.
- Learn and contribute to the hiring process, including candidate screening and onboarding.
- Assist in maintaining accurate reporting and documentation of operational activities.
