- Ability to be based out of Topeka, KS., Wichita, KS., or Kansas City, MO.

What You Will Do in This Role:

• Embrace, promote, and drive Foley’s safety culture across all departments and roles.
• Develop a deep understanding of the organizational structure of Foley, including the goals, procedures, and compliance requirements of each department and the company.
• Gain knowledge of the organizational impact of departmental decisions and demonstrate this knowledge in your daily work, projects, and reports.
• Engage in meaningful job rotations in various departments including Construction Equipment Service, Rental Sales, Parts Warehouse, Marketing, and more, where you will learn, evaluate, and make recommendations for improvements to positively impact organizational goals.
• Benefit from one-on-one mentorship from company leaders who will serve as a resource to you and will help you learn how to:
• Serve customers with excellence to empower progress in our communities
• Attract, hire, manage, and evaluate employees
• Achieve and report on performance and safety goals
• Navigate team financials, including budgets, financial reviews, and operational performance
• Regularly present to leaders of the company – from front line managers to the executive team.
• Assist with continuous improvement projects as needed.
• Travel as required for training and/or to assist at other locations.

• Relevant Industry experience
