Looking for college graduates with 1-2 years of work experience looking to get into the mortgage industry. No prior mortgage, real estate or loan experience is required. Must be willing to work onsite out of Frederick, MD. Salary is $55k/yr. If you have a passion for business, customer service and growth this is the perfect opportunity for you! Responsibilities
- Maintain strong communication and customer service to homebuyers, branch personnel and divisions within the company
- Manage multiple loan files
- Collect and record customer information in a timely manner
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of each loan file
- Coordinate closing tasks
- Follow-up on submitted and pending loans
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
