Entry Level Learning & Development Training Administrator

Kimball Midwest, a national distributor of maintenance, repair and operation products, is searching for a Learning and Development Training Administrator for our Columbus, OH location.

As our Learning and Development Training Administrator, you will assist in maintaining and improving the onboarding experience for our new hires; support training class logistics; setting up and coordinating training classes for sales representatives; make travel arrangements when necessary; track training results, prepare reports and analyze information; and complete other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a 4-year college degree with an emphasis in business preferred or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated ability in Word, including graphics and tables, as well as Excel
• Excellent typing skills. A typing speed of 75-80 wpm is preferred
• Ability to perform several tasks simultaneously, under specific time frames
• Ability to respond quickly to problems, and the ability to work in a stressful environment
• Ability to function without continuous supervisory direction
• This position requires the appearance in videos, pictures, and other media created for publishing along with a signed Model Consent and Release form.
