- Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Holidays Paid, Paid Time Off, ESOP, and 401k.
- Provide administrative support to the human resources and payroll function as needed.
- Administer health and welfare plans, including enrollments, changes, and terminations -process required documents through payroll and insurance providers to ensure accurate record-keeping and proper deductions.
- Assist with new-employee background checks and employee eligibility verifications.
- Assist with recruitment and interview process.
- Assist with new employee orientations to ensure employees understand benefit plans and enrollment provisions.
- Assist with reporting worker’s compensation incidents.
- Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies.
- Track monthly safety meetings and training at various locations.
- Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- 1-3 years of human resource experience required.
- HR Certification from SHRM or HRIC is desired.
- Proficient in MS Office (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and TEAMS)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Practical organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize work, and manage time.
- Working experience in human resource principles, practices, and procedures.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures.
- ADP knowledge is a plus.
- Must be able to comply and pass a background check and drug test.
- Must be able to move through the worksite physically.
- Must be able to stand or sit at a desk and work on a computer for prolonged periods.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
