Entry Level Heat Treat Racker

Volt is immediately hiring for Entry Level Heat Treat Racker in Paramount , CA.
As a Heat Treat Racker you will:

• Assist with operation, control and monitoring of Heat Treating and related equipment.
• Prepare customer supplied parts for processing.
• Load and unload furnaces, bins, baskets, fixtures, etc.
• Follow written procedures on shop orders and/or customer paperwork.
• Bring any irregularities or non-conformities to attention of supervisor or management.
• Promote safety and good housekeeping practices.
• Must have manufacturing Experience.

This is a full-time opportunity Monday - Friday ( Swing Shift ). 12:00pm – 8:30pm
The ideal candidate will have Mandatory Skills:

• Manufacturing Experience.
• 1 Years as a Heat Treat Racker.
• Familiarity with quality testing machines and systems.
• Learn to operate a forklift.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, carry heavy objects (up to 35#).
• Identify parts/materials and match them to the shop traveler.

Pay rate : 17.75 Hourly
