Basic Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-years experience operating machinery

- Knowledge of general Heat Treat requirements for solution treat & age of titanium and aluminum.
- Proficient in verifying paperwork (routers, logs, furnace charts, specifications, furnace calibration status, etc.)
- Knowledge of company policies, applicable procedures, specifications, and work instructions
- Proficient in cleaning processes
- Knowledge of all Heat Treat equipment operation
- Understands purpose of and how to perform shear testing.
- Ability to perform daily PM for Heat Treat equipment.
- Knowledge of general Heat Treat requirements for solution treat & age of titanium and aluminum.
- Proficient in verifying paperwork (routers, logs, furnace charts, specifications, furnace calibration status, etc.)
- Knowledge of company policies, applicable procedures, specifications, and work instructions
