Best Option Restoration is seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals who are recent college graduates to join our team as Entry-Level Business Development Representatives. In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in Business Development within the restoration industry. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, and building relationships to contribute to the growth of our company. This is an hourly-based position with a competitive pay range of $20 to $25 per hour, depending on experience, along with the potential to earn commissions. This role is based in the Houston Inner Loop area, with a possible need to drive to job sites outside of this area , but still in the Houston area if needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Prospecting: Research and identify potential clients in need of restoration services.
Generate leads through various channels, including online research, networking, referrals, and industry events.
Build and maintain a comprehensive database of prospects.
Sales and Pitching:Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Communicate the value of our restoration services and solutions effectively.
Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
Relationship Building:Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing and potential clients.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
Regularly follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns.
Collaboration: Work closely with the operations and project management teams to ensure successful project execution.
Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and strategies that align with Business Development goals.
Goal Achievement: Work toward achieving sales targets and contributing to revenue growth.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators to assess the success of Business Development efforts.
Qualifications:
- Recent college graduate with a degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of restoration and construction processes is advantageous.
Compensation:
- Hourly pay ranging from $20 to $25 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
- Commission opportunities based on successful lead conversion and sales.
