What you will do (not an exhaustive list):
- Generate and use reports to verify customer ticket information
- Prepare daily cash reports
- Input sales for daily reports
- Verify and resolve customer account discrepancies
- Match payments with customer accounts, post payments to accounts and prepare and submit bank deposit
- Answer multi-line phone in a courteous and professional manner; take customer orders and set-up delivery
- Clerical tasks such as filing and mailings
What we are looking for:
- Office/accounting experience
- Work with a high degree of accuracy
- Great attention to detail and numbers
- Possess problem solving skills
- High level of mental acuity
- Ability to follow directions, multi-task, work independently and have good time management skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office/Outlook
- Insurable Driving Record
Post-offer physical and drug test are required.
