Entry-Level Account Manager Responsibilities:
- Promptly acknowledge and resolve customer inquiries, requests, and complaints with precise solutions that meet or exceed their individual expectations
- Manage client transactional needs, including renewal, new sales, marketing, and services according to brand standards and company procedures
- Devise new sales tactics to increase profit margins and improve our customer experience
- Coach and mentor entry-level team members on technical, procedural, relationship-building, and sales skills
- Set an efficient schedule and manage workflow to ensure efficiency, timeliness, and accuracy
- Stay up to date with industry information, new product announcements, sales, and technology to continuously improve knowledge and performance
- Interact with clients effectively by utilizing exceptional active listening skills, cooperating purposefully, and providing information and guidance, as needed, to achieve sales goals
- Seek new and innovative ways to improve the client experience drive sales revenue and communicate ideas to fellow Account Managers and upper management for implement tactics

The Following Qualifications Are Preferred:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in an entry-level Account Manager, Client Relations, Sales, or Customer Support role
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Ability to commute to our office in King of Prussia daily

Pay: $50,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
