Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Enterprise Sales Leader to join our team at Clearwater. This pivotal role involves achieving sales quotas by effectively addressing prospects' challenges through our innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a natural curiosity, deep SaaS experience, and a passion for exceeding targets. As the Enterprise Sales Leader, you will play a crucial role in identifying and nurturing prospects, leading them through the sales journey from initial contact to contract closure. Your expertise in Clearwater's products and industry domains will be instrumental in driving success.
Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed sales quotas by winning new business.
  • Build and expand pipeline by collaborating with BDRs/SDRs and marketing to source into prospect accounts.
  • Lead comprehensive demonstrations of the Clearwater platform and products.
  • Conduct thorough discovery sessions to understand prospect pain-points, customize solutions, and document findings to support implementation and client support post-sale.
  • Develop compelling proposals and RFP responses to secure new business opportunities.
  • Carry a minimum quota of $250K.

Required Skills:
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding goals and quotas.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Experience in FinTech a plus!
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving capabilities.

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Proven experience in managing the full sales cycle, from cold call to contract.
  • Previous SaaS sales experience is a must
