Position Summary:
The Enterprise Architect will take the company's (all companies) business strategy and define the IT systems architecture to support that strategy. The candidate must understand Reyes Holdings business and be able to dive deeply into technology issues and solutions architecture, and facilitate the creation of detailed project blueprints. This role will help to align business goals and the IT infrastructure that supports the business to achieve those goals.
Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
- Designs technical framework of the enterprise
- Defines technology direction, standards and guidelines for enterprise to follow
- Facilitate adoption of enterprise technology direction across application development teams throughout the development of new software applications
- Establish strong strategic partnerships with key IT and business leadership, providing appropriate influence on technology related items
- Works with Technology Engineers to develop project blueprints, and facilitates the execution of those projects
- Other projects or duties as assigned
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of eight years of technical expertise in applications solution architecture, design and development
- Financial discipline, the ability to manage multimillion dollar budgets within 8% accuracy
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple organizations with widely varying levels of business planning and IT expertise
- Strong application technical and project leadership skills
- At least two years of prior experience in vendor management with effective negotiation and vendor management skills
- This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test

- Successful in fast paced and quick changing environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
