Key Responsibilities
- Drive: Be an effective hunter to position Xeneta’s platform and database through value-based selling and return on investment analysis.
- Educate: As Xeneta is reshaping how freight is bought and sold, you will need to leverage industry knowledge to demonstrate and challenge standards within the RFQ and procurement processes to drive towards leveraging data driven decision making
- Engage: You’ll engage directly with our largest prospects to understand their procurement processes and complexities within their supply chain.
- Be a consultative problem solver: As Xeneta is disrupting how the logistics industry buys and sells freight. A key component of your job is building tailor-made business cases that demonstrate how Xeneta is uniquely positioned to solve inefficiencies, identify opportunities and win business.
- Win as one team: You will demonstrate internal leadership and engage in cross-functional collaboration to drive platform and process evolution that positions Xeneta to win.
- Shape strategy & scale: As member of the team, you’ll bring your extensive experience and have an opportunity to shape the strategy / tactics that fuel our continued growth.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- 5-7 years of strong performance in an Enterprise SaaS B2B sales role.
- Value based selling technical background.
- Experience managing and demonstrating success in long (6-12 months) sales cycle.
- Ability to drive pipeline development through outbound campaigns leveraging professional network, market knowledge and strong presence at industry events.
- Strong Salesforce management.
