Enrollment Specialist

Position Overview: 

When you join Colibri, you'll be part of a team that's supporting our customers from the front lines. As a Customer Service Enrollment Specialist, you'll be instrumental in achieving first call resolution in our dynamic industry. Utilizing a range of tools and technology, you'll be responsible for handling various customer service call types, including processing extensions of expired products, enrolling customers in coursework, and guiding customers through our website. This role provides an excellent opportunity for you to demonstrate your expertise in customer experience and contribute to creating lasting relationships with our students.

Position Requirements & Major Responsibilities

• Ability to identify customer needs to present, sell, and upsell our educational products to maximize customer success.  
• Professional ability to build relationships with customers, while giving you the opportunity to personalize your communication. 
• Provide technical support and fast-paced critical thinking to anticipate our customer's current and future needs. 
• Strong work ethic and self-motivation with a commitment to succeed both individually and as a team. 
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. 
• Aptitude to learn and navigate new software quickly, and comfortable using multiple computer screens and internet tabs simultaneously. 

What You'll Need to Succeed

• 2 years prior sales experience environment required 
• Call center experience preferred 
• High school diploma or equivalent 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred

Schedule

• Set schedule 
• Varying shifts 8:00 am-8:00 pm ET 
• Rotational weekend availability required 
• Some holiday coverage may be required
