Engineering Equipment Operator

Must possess and maintain a current Class A, with no transmission or air-brake restrictions, Commercial Driver's License by the closing date of this announcement.
The typical seasonal entry-on-duty period is April through June but can be variable during these months due to weather conditions, project needs, or funding. Anticipated Entry on Duty: April 2024Qualifications: Have the ability to do the work of and Engineering Equipment Operator without more than normal supervision. (Screen out) This includes work such as operating one or more types of the following heavy Engineering Equipment: gasoline or diesel-powered heavy equipment, five cubic-yard dump trucks, road graders, and front-end loaders. Operate equipment to move and load material such as dirt, rocks and other material. Experience in operating vehicles with auxiliary attachments. Experience in trash truck operation. I am able to operate various types of equipment and trucks on congested roadways, in inclement weather and on steep and narrow roadways.
Must possess a current Class A Commercial Driver's License by the closing date of this announcement.
