Summary:
Yorktown Systems Group is seeking a highly qualified Engineer III to support the Teams Next Missile Defense Systems (MDS) Engineering contract. The Missile Defense Agency's (MDA) mission is to develop and deploy a layered Missile Defense System (MDS) to defend the United States, its deployed forces, allies, and friends from missile attacks in all phases of flight.
Specific duties may include, but are not limited to:

Summary:
Yorktown Systems Group is seeking a highly qualified Engineer III to support the Teams Next Missile Defense Systems (MDS) Engineering contract. - Executes extensive engineering / scientific support on systems, system elements, interfacing systems, components, devices and / or processes for complex developmental and operational weapon system programs.
- Implements system engineering "V" processes across a program's acquisition life cycle.
- Applies oral and written communication skills.
Required Qualifications:
- Must possess a bachelor's degree in STEM field.
- Must have 7+ years' experience working on missile defense-related or other complex, large DoD program/project.
- Must have demonstrated ability to work independently and/or leads sub-teams, applying engineering rigor to analyze and resolve problems.
