Responsible for performing comprehensive administrative support services for the office staff.
· Utilize interpersonal and relationship-building skills, including the ability to interact with prospects, office personnel, and management.
· Initiate outgoing lead calls and handle incoming calls from potential residents, proactively engaging in communication to facilitate inquiries and provide campus information.
· Assess potential residents’ eligibility and provide responses to inquiresinquiries related to eligibility.
· Maintain accurate data within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database.
· Prepare and distribute accurate CRM reports, mailings; and maintain files.
· Type, scan, file and distribute correspondence and other documents.
· Schedule appointments and/or tours, and actively participate in conducting tours of the community, including open houses and special functions related to sales.Schedule appointments and/or tours and actively participate in conducting community tours, including open houses and special sales functions.
· Order and maintain office supply inventory.
· Perform additional duties as assigned.
This job is a civilian position and does not require military service (including commission and enlistment)
