POSITION SUMMARY:
This role is a key contributor within the sustaining team and will be responsible for improving the customer's experience
by providing consistent, reliable, and accurate in-depth technical product knowledge, solutions, and application expertise
to simplify the use of Water-Sourced Heat Pumps and/or Chillers (and associated accessories).

Provides measurable contributions to sustaining initiatives.
Understands general HVAC design and application principles, as well as general engineering aptitude and
business management skills.
Provides knowledge and guidance for the application of water-sourced heat pump (WSHP) and/or chiller
equipment in residential, commercial, and industrial systems via email and phone inquiries.
Relays customer provided information and specifications to System Engineers, Control Engineers, and Product
Managers for special customer requests for quotes (RFQ's).
Assists with the creation of application training and materials.
Builds customer confidence and is committed to increasing customer satisfaction.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Related Field or applicable work experience.
Experience:
Entry Level; previous internship or work experience preferred.
Computer Skills:
Familiar with computer programming languages.
Familiar with Microsoft Office suite products.
Certificates & Licenses:
None required.
IGSHPA training experience is a plus.
EPA Section 608 Refrigerant Certification - Universal, is a plus.
Other Requirements:
Familiarity with industry standards and agency compliance.
Understands how to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, manuals, submittal documentation, engineering
mechanical drawings, electrical diagrams, and operating control sequences.
Familiarity with product offerings and key features.
Guides customers/representatives through the product selection process.
