The Assistant QA/QC Manager is responsible for promoting, leading, and ensuring Quality Control in line with the Groups' primary values, safety, and related policies. Responsible for development, oversight, and improvements to product quality within the company's structure.
- Bachelor's degree preferred in quality control, chemical engineering, or related field. Relevant work experience can be used in lieu of formal education.
- 5+ years construction experience and 2+ years in supervision
- Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft office, email, and internet applications
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret plans, specifications, external and internal policies and guidelines, and or regulations.
- Ability to present information to large groups and to professionally respond to questions.
- Physical demands: will be exposed to a variety of weather conditions, including inclement weather. The individual needs to be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
