This unique position is designed for an individual eager to lead emergency response teams while also driving our sales efforts to new heights.

Key Responsibilities:

Emergency Management Supervision:

Lead and oversee EMS teams during emergency operations, ensuring effective and efficient response to all situations.
Develop, implement, and maintain training programs to enhance the team's capabilities.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and best practices in emergency response.
Coordinate with back office to ensure seamless operation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurance adjusters and back office.

Sales Leadership:

Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the emergency services sector.
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
Provide expert advice and solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients.

Qualifications:

Proven experience of 2 years minimum in emergency services, with a strong preference for candidates with supervisory experience.
Demonstrated success in sales,
Certifications in emergency management and sales are advantageous.
Exceptional leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a knack for negotiation and building relationships.
Flexibility to work irregular hours, as required in emergency services and sales.
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

$80,000 - $120,000 yearly . Your total compensation includes a base salary plus a sales commission. Salary is calculated based on the average earnings of our EMS supervisors, with the added potential to significantly increase your earnings through sales commissions.
