The Employer Engagement Coordinator will support and assist with student internship and full-time job opportunity tracking and Employer Engagement, Career Suite operations, career and professional development programming and events for undergraduate students, employers, and alumni. Data tracking and analysis of employer and student engagement. Perform other duties as assigned.
JOB DUTIES:45% - Essential - Employer Engagement
Enhance industry contacts and build relationships with employers and alumni. Serve as the point of contact for Career Suite operations to include, but not limited to, correspondence to volunteers, scheduling appropriate support including parking passes, student check in, and follow up thank you notes. Coordinate employer and alumni lunch and learns, workshops, information sessions, tabling, etc. including room reservations and student sign ups.
25% - Essential - Career Engagement Tracking and Data
Manage metrics and tracking of student and Employer Engagement in events and programming provided by the Office of Career Engagement. Assist in data analysis of Senior Survey. Assist in running job reports and student and Employer Engagement from BusinessJobLink.
15% - Essential - Programming and Student Support
Assist in planning and implementation of events and programming offered by the Office of Career Engagement. Other duties as assigned.
10% - Essential - Supervise Employer Relations UPIC intern.
5% - Essential - Administrative Support
Administer the office email and manage the office phone.
Education - 1st Bachelor's Degree

COMPENSATION INFORMATIONExpected Salary Range: $31,561 - $40,000
Salary is dependent upon several factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's previous experience, knowledge, skills and performance in accordance with Clemson's compensation guidelines.

Required to follow emergency facility closure directives, and not normally expected work on-site during emergency situations.
