Employee Services Coordinator
This role is primarily responsible for managing Kreg’s front desk activities and cultivating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for employees and visitors to Kreg. As the face of Kreg’s Global Headquarters, our Employee Services Coordinator provides exceptional experience, marked by their friendly demeanor and a positive can-do attitude. They are empathetic with strong attention to detail, and they understand how our organization operates and consistently embody Kreg’s values in every interaction with others.
So, What’s the Gig?

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a smooth check-in process that leaves them feeling welcomed.
  • Offer support to the Human Resources Team, assisting with project work, writing company communications, and utilizing Canva to design simple graphics.
  • Welcome new employees on their first day by taking badge photos, providing first-day folders, and guiding them through initial onboarding steps.
  • Handle the operation and maintenance of employee security profiles in the badge system, managing badges for employees, contractors, and vendors.
  • Facilitate current concierge offerings including, but not limited to, the coordination of onsite meals, food trucks, and scheduling and organizing other concierge services.
  • Maintain the employee sale shelf, including processing payments and providing helpful information about employee product sales.
  • Facilitate global headquarters tours and assist in organizing onsite events for both employees and guests.
  • Adhere to safety and security guidelines for global headquarters, ensuring a secure environment.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and provide training for backup resources as needed.
  • Efficiently manage incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely delivery and organization.
  • Assist with other projects as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

  • High school diploma required, post-high school degree in human resources, business or related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of administrative assistant, receptionist, and/or communications experience.
