Digital Marketing Coordinator
Are you a creative sales-minded, strategy-driven individual with a passion for Digital marketing and a genuine interest in communicating with clients daily? We are seeking a strong Digital Marking Coordinator whose job is to grow a sales pipeline by creating a comprehensive marketing strategy and setting appointments for a top national financial firm, 210 Financial, in Davenport, IA. Rooted in history and faith, we put the needs of our clients and staff first!
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2+ years’ experience in a professional marketing and editing role preferred, but not required
  • Experience with podcasts, blogs, social media, and YouTube
  • Familiarity with recording and video equipment
  • Ability to write content, copy and message in a variety of styles, voices, and tones
  • Adaptable to different target audiences, product categories and branding initiatives
Essential Duties:
  • Marketing automation – strong understanding of SEO and SEM
  • Track, report and analyze website analytics, initiatives, and campaigns
  • Familiarity with the most current social media platforms and their effectiveness to drive results
  • Deliver relevant and actionable analytic data to understand opportunities for increasing search relevancy, keyword research, optimization, tagging, and performance effectiveness
Job Responsibilities:
  • Record, edit, and produce podcast for the firm; pulling clips for social media
  • Video recording and editing for firm’s YouTube and social media outlets
  • Work closely with Marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging, translate offline promotions to digital channels and develop a seamless customer experience between offline and online
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the competitive environment, recommending strategic shifts to better position our office where necessary
  • Identify and monitor technologies and new developments in the digital landscape to find ways to deliver communication and business objectives more effectively
  • Direct the digital agency relationship, setting strategic objectives and managing ongoing execution of all digital initiatives
  • Develop content plans for digital channels that integrate with the overall marketing plan, engaging consumers with valuable resources and helpful content
  • Manage audience development, messaging, calendar, and programs
  • Measure success of digital programs through development and analysis of reports to continually improve and evolve digital strategies and provide recommendations
  • Develop monthly reports to share with the team as well as the leadership team in a streamlined, concise manner
  • Perform other related duties and projects as assigned.
Salary:
  • $55,000 - $65,000/year BOE
