- Creates complex reports using Tyler Reporting SSRS.

EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE: Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field. Eight (8) years of human resources experience, preferably in the public sector. Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite products to include Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Prior experience handling Union and other Employee relations matters is required. Prior experience handling employee investigations strongly preferred. Experience with Tyler Munis preferred.
LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS OR REGISTRATIONS: Must possess a valid Florida driver's license.
