As the Employee Experience and Inclusion Manager, you’ll drive an exceptional Employee Experience for all Cision employees. Reporting to the Senior Director, Global People Experience & DEI, you will support the strategic direction and execution of creating an engaging and inclusive environment where Cision employees can thrive.
You’ll champion our core values and ensure all employees feel connected and engaged, regardless of if they are hybrid or remote. You’ll also have the opportunity to partner closely with our global People team, working together to foster our distinctive culture and create a memorable Employee Experience across our global workforce. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our internal communications strategy and execution while also fostering employee engagement and connection.
What you'll do:
- Identify and amplify moments that matter throughout the Cision employee journey, ensuring employees feel heard, seen, respected, and valued and can bring their authentic self to work
- Champion our employee values, finding creative ways to continually embed our core values into employee programs
- Develop engaging and informative employee communications and presentations designed to keep employees informed about Employee Experience programs
- Develop and maintain success metrics to measure success, glean takeaways and incorporate into future strategy and initiatives
- Own the creation and execution of creative programs and initiatives (both in office and remote) to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention
- Partner with the leadership team to design and implement programs and initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work environment that aligns with the company's core values
- Track and report on diversity initiatives, analyzing their effectiveness and ROI.
- Provide program leadership, guidance, and support to ERGs and their leaders
- Facilitate partnerships between ERGs, internal partners, and external organizations to grow and support a robust and diverse talent pipeline, advance outreach efforts, and enhance Cision’s brand image reputation as an employer of choice.
- Supports the implementation, ongoing development, and maintenance of Cision ERGs
- Monitors organizational progress against DEI strategic goals; Communicates and presents regular and timely project status updates to various levels of HR and leadership.

For Individuals based in New York, Colorado, Washington, and California, Cision is required to disclose a salary range for this role. This compensation range of $100,000 - $118,000 is specific to these states, however base pay may vary depending on a range of relevant factors.
