They should also have a proven track record of leading and delivering on multiple projects at once under tight deadlines.
In this role, you will....
- Manage the internal channel strategy and Employee Communications editorial roadmap.
- Manage our corporate newsletter, Intranet, internal speaker series, event communications and content, and internal crisis communication.
- Develop processes, templates, and documentation to support our channel strategy
- Develop playbooks and communications plans with business partners
- Bring a continuous-improvement approach to the way we work and operate, supporting us to scale sustainably.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of relevant experience and Bachelor's Degree
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Project management experience: Highly organized and excellent attention to detail
- Experience working with Marketing and Design teams
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrently on a deadline
- Ability to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish with proactive updates to cross-functional partners
