Account Manager - Employee Benefits
Capital Services, a global premier health & welfare firm and benefits broker, is expanding our professional Account Management team.
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to serve as the client's point of contact, responsible for the day-to-day administration and execution of client service needs for large group clients with 150 employees or less. This key position must establish and preserve a solid business rapport with clients and vendors, maintain data integrity, manage a portfolio of assigned accounts, follow regulatory requirements, and prepare and facilitate open enrollment meetings for employees.
Candidates should have an active life/health Producer License (or quickly obtain) with a minimum of 3 - 5 years prior experience in the Employee Group Benefits or Insurance Industry.
