- Monitor and manage various operational dashboards and systems.
- Maintain audit-ready Employee And Client files.
- Support employees with software usage and compliance.
- Reinforce company policies and procedures to employees and staff.
- Conduct client phone supervisory check-ins.
- Assist with talent acquisition platforms and initiatives.
- Support marketing efforts and community events when schedule permits.
- Adhere to all company policies and regulations, including probationary period and non-compete agreements.
