Embroidery Machine Operator 1St Shift

The person to fill this position will operate Barudan Embroidery Machines to decorating garment, caps and bags and operate a heat press to decorate garments. The ability to stay focused and work consistently is essential for this position. This is a full-time position during the weekdays and possibly the weekends. Responsibilities and Duties

• Ability to use a computer and work with order management software to view jobs and communicate with team members.
• Operate equipment consistently achieve customers desired outcomes and company deadlines.
• It is required to be accurate and consistent in placement of designs on products.
• Set up, hooping, threading, cutting, trimming, gluing, and finishing product.
• Understand what hoops and materials to use for different fabrics.
• Inspect work performed by yourself and other team members for quality and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Lift and move boxes, bags and product.
• Fold, unfold, pack and label products accurately.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• It is required to quality check and pack products for shipping
• Other tasks will be required as needed. Everyone is expected to work as team for the greater good of the company.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• Strong attention to detail. We have a lot of orders coming through and the ability to recognize an error or mistake in your work is a must.
• Experience required for this position

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 – 45 per week
